Moth Lady is Dragon Queen's appointed deputy-ruler of the conquered Cluster Islands (Saphire's homeland).
Biography[]
Winged Witch of the Night[]
A skilled mistress of dark magic, Moth Lady receives much of her speed and nimbleness from her wings. Each thread of those wings has been woven from the cocoon fibers which surrounded Moth Lady when she was born. Moth Lady holds high favor with Dragon Queen. Together, on Storm Island, they pool their great strength while creating plans to conquer Golden Girl and her fellow Gemstone Guardians.
History[]
After the king of Argonia died, Moth Lady allied herself with Dragon Queen in order to ascend to power. She aided Dragon Queen in setting a trap for Dragon Queen's sister, Solaria, in order to steal the powerful Gemstone. She later attended the second competition, where she watched Dragon Queen battle other competitors until only Golden Girl was left. After a chariot ride, Golden Girl defeated Dragon Queen, and Moth Lady fled with her leader to plot revenge.
A later scheme had Moth Lady and her ally Vultura using a magic spell on Golden Girl in order to turn the heroine against her friends. Later encounters often had Moth Lady battling the guardian Saphire, suggesting they were arch-enemies.
Moth Lady comes equipped with a trident and jeweled shield, and her fashion accessories include a headpiece, belt, and fabric cape. Her wings are detachable from her body.
